If you're not happy with your starter kit within 30 days of delivery, email us at contact@thesmoothiestick.com with your order number and tell us what didn't work for you. We'll refund your purchase — and you won't need to ship anything back.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't working right, email us within 7 days at contact@thesmoothiestick.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice.
